This is an outstanding opportunity to join a specialist plastic injection moulding organisation as they enter an exciting phase of their development.
The business is currently introducing a strategy which will see them focus on the design, development and manufacture of new technical plastic products, specifically targeting the medical devices sector with the aim of significantly improving revenues, margin and profit.

An ambitious organisation with very real growth opportunities, this business now wishes to recruit a high calibre sales professional, whose principal task will be to identify and secure revenue opportunities within the medical devices sector across the UK and Europe.

The Opportunity
  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this ‘hands on’ role will require you to personally execute a programme of sales development, identifying, developing and winning profitable new accounts within the medical devices sector
  • A key part of the role will be to identify customers’ needs and requirements, working closely with product design and innovation specialists to deliver these concepts to market, resulting in exceptional customer satisfaction and increased revenues for the organisation.
  • An integral member of the leadership team, you will make significant contributions toward strategic thinking, business planning and the overall development of the company with potential progression opportunities available to you in the future

    Your Credentials
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, candidates will have a strong track record of market and major account identification and development within the medical devices or life sciences sector and an ability to understand technical product solutions and how to translate these into new and profitable revenue streams.

  • Successful candidates will be entrepreneurial, ambitious and capable and above all possess a flair that allows them to identify and exploit as yet unrealised market and product opportunities.
  • You will be highly self motivated, with strong commercial acumen and have the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively. With drive and a passion to succeed you must possess the genuine potential to progress beyond this initial appointment.
