They seek a dynamic, innovative and ambitious creative marketing professional to join the organization and introduce new ideas, go to market strategies and innovations to further drive the brand forward into the future and building on the current success.
Duties Include:
Manage, energise, motivate and develop the European Corporate Marketing and Marketing Communications Department
Drive and actively contribute to the top line growth and take share by creating and implementing pan European marketing and marketing communication strategies
Responsible for the marketing action plans, advertising/promotion campaigns and product management
Ensure there is a strong European perspective in global product development
Responsible for the company’s market research and staying abreast of industry and competitive trends
Your Credentials:
Master degree in Marketing/Business/Engineering or equivalent
Additional qualifications beneficial such as an MBA
Ability to build partnerships with business leaders
Highly motivated to succeed and develop
Proven track record of success within a multi country marketing role
Results orientated with a pragmatic approach
Hands on leadership
Strong voice of the customer experience
In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and techniques, including demonstrated highly developed analytical capability and market research techniques.
Strong creative mindset coupled with a realistic outlook
Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal team building skills.
